POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Still trying to process how full circle this moment felt. 🥹🏀

Going back to Cookeville — a place that played such a huge role in my own story — to feature Tennessee Tech Women’s Basketball for our FIRST Mid Majors on Campus tour was surreal.

We FILMED filmed. 😂 Practice. Weights. A sit-down interview with @krosamond . A walk & talk through Memorial Gym with Hall of Famer and Assistant @longrangebomba . And of course, we got to meet the “Baby Golden Eagles.” 🦅💜

Before we went, Fran told me to prepare for a 12-hour filming day. I looked at her like she was CRAZY. 😂

Well… she was right. It was a LONG day, but worth every single minute.

One of the biggest reasons we created Mid Majors on Campus was to actually SHOW people what these programs, universities and communities have to offer. Not just the basketball — but the facilities, coaches, culture, campus and the overall student-athlete experience.

And for our first stop, it meant even more getting to showcase Cookeville and TTU — not only for future student-athletes, but for students who may have never considered what Tennessee Tech has to offer.

To come back as a former Golden Eagle and now have the opportunity to tell the story of the program from the other side of the camera… that one hit different.

First campus tour in the books. 🎥🏀🦅

Cookeville, you’ll always feel like home.

Hard work looks different when you finally understand what it really requires.

There were so many times I thought I was working hard and wondered why I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. Looking back, I realize I wasn’t working hard enough not for the level I said I wanted to reach.

You really do get out what you put in.
And just as important as the work is having the right people around you. People who don’t just hear your vision, but believe in it. People with enough passion to challenge you, create with you, and genuinely want to help you get where you’re trying to go.

The vision may start with you, but the right team can help take it places you couldn’t reach alone.

So we keep learning. We keep creating. We keep getting better. We keep working at the craft.

Because the dreams are big and the work has to match them. 🧡💜

Before Fran vs. After Fran 😭😂

Before Fran: “Okayyy… I think we live.”
After Fran: WE GOT A WHOLE NETWORK NOW. 😂🔥

The glow up is actually INSANE. Production value went from two friends talking hoops to “we’ll be right back after this commercial break.” 😭

Fran really came in and said: Y’all not about to look homemade on MY watch. 😂🏀🎙️

But seriously, SHOUT OUT TO FRAN! The hardest worker we know and a woman of MANY talents. 🧡💜

We find out something new about her damn near every day. 😂

At this point Fran could casually be like, “Oh yeah, I directed a movie once. You may have heard of it… Fast & Furious.” And we’d just be like OF COURSE YOU DID, FRAN. 😭😂😂😂

We appreciate you, Fran! The Mid Majors glow-up would NOT be the same without you. 🫶🏾🔥

6+ hours.
Zero complaints.
All vision.

Huge shoutout to @sansfran_ for locking in with us yesterday . We didn’t just “hang out” we BUILT.

✔️ Reworked the show layout
✔️ Set up the Stream Deck for smoother lives
✔️ Cleaned up our OBS workflow
✔️ Made the studio feel like a real production set

Y’all see the lives.
You see the watch parties.
You see the breakdowns.

But you don’t always see the grind behind the scenes.

We’re intentional about getting better. Every stream. Every episode. Every detail.

The MidMajors isn’t just content.
It’s a system.

Appreciate you, Fran. We leveling up. 📈🎙️🏀
