Some spaces don’t need to be transformed. They just need to be understood.

When the venue is already doing the most, sometimes the smartest design decisions is knowing what not to add😉

Jen takes us through her approach to ceremony styling, letting the architecture lead and the design complement what’s already there.

I fear @santamonicaproper has officially ruined every other hotel for me 🤩🌴🥑

@ammortal_official chamber, red light therapy, @hyperice compression boots (and basically every other recovery tool you could imagine), a barrel sauna AND a cold plunge?!

As someone who loves all things health, wellness, and recovery, this was basically my version of Disneyland ✨

My hotel standards have officially been raised 👀

the romantic fall wedding // more to come on this one but we were so lucky to spend all day decking out the proper. these brides were spectacular to work with - allowing us to balance fall romantic flowers with funky elements that really reflected their spirit.

can’t wait to collect all the photos & sum it all up but for now- the highlights.

as for me, it’s one more install this morning, and if i’m lucky, an ocean jump & an afternoon at dudley

Birthing something isn’t always comfortable and that’s why not everyone does it. If the dream is calling you and you want it, keep going, the most resistance shows up right before the breakthrough 🦋

If you’re a founder, creator or leader who is building something meaningful, follow along @erintreloar as we build together!

If you’re looking for a California beach escape without actually leaving the city, Proper Hotel Santa Monica is one to know.

You have the Pacific a few blocks away, great restaurants and shops outside your door, a beautiful rooftop, and a serious wellness offering when you want to slow down.

One I’m currently recommending to clients looking for a little bit of everything.
