From this morning, 10/15/26, at the pier bowl. Today was the first of the Santa Ana winds here in Huntington Beach.

High tide, shifted sands, and a strong off-shore wind made it a little tricky to get in to the wave.

On days like these, I rack my brain trying to figure out if I should surf or should I shoot? I've found that I don't have time to do both.
