Vietnam 🇻🇳
I spent 3 weeks traveling through Vietnam. I started in the north and worked my way south. Along the way I saw so many beautiful places, green everywhere, water buffalo 🐃 galore, and met so many wonderful people. Posting a full Vietnam travel guide soon!

I spent 3 magical days in the mountains of Sapa in Vietnam and got blown away by it’s magical landscape and nature.
But people and kids are what make this land so unique and beautiful

Sapa, you stole my heart 💚

Four beautiful days of trekking, led by my amazing Hmong guide Mau from @sapasisters.

Rice terraces, corn fields, Hmong communities, indigo, batik, hemp, buffalos, hens and chicks running around in the wild, dogs, bamboo forests, scooters in fields, and delicious food…

Today’s #sidequest was something else! An experience I just know Anthony Bourdain would be proud of… I trekked with the #sapasisters — the only way they get around. They are a woman owned and operated business. Please support! The Sapa Sisters are part of the Black H’mong (Black Hmong) tribe, one of the ethnic minority groups in the Sapa region of northern Vietnam. #sapa #sapavietnam #vietnam @SapaSisters this was such an unbelievable experience that I will never forget.

After a long journey through the mountains we made it to Sapa, a beautiful area in the very north of Vietnam. It was here that we booked to go on a hike, our guide Su was from the Black Hmong Tribe and she was brilliant, she took us through rice paddies, explained the traditions and cultures of her people and taught us about the area. It was here we realised that simply by becoming more of an ethical traveller you really can make a difference to the places that you visit. If you get to the North of Vietnam, book with the @sapasisters they employ and support local tribal women.
