Day 8 Visual Diary of 200hrs YTT in Rishikesh Part 1.

Waking up early, with 12 consistent hours scheduled every day, was my only true challenge. Everything else felt so right about having undertaken this programme, the place, the environment, the learning every day, and the biggest one, people 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm not inclined to pursue the idea of god or spirituality outside of me, outside of nature. It's the fresh perspectives that motivated me to embrace the journey, and so we got up even earlier happily to watch the sunrise at the Kunjapuri Temple 🛕

The stunning views of the surrounding mountains were an absolute treat to my soul ⛰️

We also learnt it was our friend Elizabeth's birthday, which we celebrated properly later that evening at dinner 🎂

A psychologist somewhere online said that "Discomfort is the price of admission to a meaningful life" and that really resonates with me to date.

Part 2 and 3 to follow.
