I’ve made thousands of bottles, but this particular lip treatment is the first time I’ve ever executed it.

It’s a mix of extreme calculation and “in the moment” intuition to get this ring feature and flair.

I have to superheat one tiny spot in the wall, and hit it in one move. It’s super fun, and definitely a little stressful, but I’m feeling inspired during this type of discovery.

There is a focused amount of intention involved in this series, but filling in these collections on the fly, and making new objects is what this work is really about.

Collections drop 9/18.

Some of my favorite shapes to produce, but the longer and leaner the vessel, the more critical the set up and execution.

Any trouble with the bubble being off center follows me through the entire process, from extruding to the finish.

The solution is to constantly recentering the work as you go.

There’s a moment where you see me “rock” the work back and forth, making is straight again, so the next move is possible.

Creating new forms, testing new colors, making decisions in the moment. Still Life release, 9/18.

If you follow me on YouTube then you might know that the past few years have been a lot for me in the mental health category 🙂‍↔️ But I’m finally starting to remember how fun it was to just sit, do my makeup, and take selfies in the sun 🥹 It’s the little things. Took photos for the talented @sara_rolleratelier new glass jewelry pendant launch ✨

Super obsessed with how this all came out!! 🥹 everything came out super dreamy.

Using my Mamiya RB67 and @kodak Ektacolor Pro 400 🎞️ (Ty Uncle @timryugo_kodak )

Used a three @profoto D2 light for this! One in the background (bare bulb) with an orange gel. The other two used as key with a softbox. A light setup that I haven’t done before and I love how contrasty this looks 🥹
