I highly recommend The Message if you are a first time Bible reader. I found it very easy to follow along and understand since this is something you are going to be reading through quickly.

I am currently going to be reading the NLT version and I’m excited to dive into that!

I also know my friend @sara_stapleton is doing a readers version which reads more like a novel without the verses.

A lot of these are available on Amazon for an extremely decent price. Which version are you planning to read?

I am not exaggerating when I say that my entire life began to change when I accepted this very challenge from a friend almost 5 years ago.

This friend of mine didn’t care if I lost 20 lbs in the new year giving me back my “hot mom” bod, she wasn’t encouraging me to hop on the latest Netflix binge….
She knew the power of scripture and what it could do for my life and relationship with Christ. She cared about my soul. About my life and my walk with the Lord. And I hope you will be reminded of this when a friend shares this with you. 😘

Cross Seekers Camp 2K25!!! i had so much fun being able to share my love for Jesus while also being able to hang out with people who also love Jesus. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be a student leader for this camp and to be able to help kids with their walk with jesus. can’t wait till next year!!! 💗

i’ve had the opportunity to serve as a student leader for kids camp for the past two years and it has been the biggest blessing 🥹 It warms my heart to see these kids worshipping Christ and growing in their relationships with Him. I’ve made some life long best friends and mentors that I will forever cherish. It has changed and impacted my life and faith in such a positive way. Ily kids camp you’ll always have a special place in my heart 🩷

48 hours in Chicago together was the trip I didn’t know I needed 🥹

So grateful for these two women in my life. Friends who know the good, the great, the bad, and the ugly.
