PARIS - THIS Saturday, June 20th ASM Sound Bath @lecentreelement
w/ @saraauster

Join sound therapist and meditation teacher Sara Auster for an immersive ASM Sound Bath. Held on the threshold of the summer solstice-a moment of light, expansion, and quiet transition.

Rooted in the Auster Sound Method (ASM), this practice weaves together crystal singing bowls, gongs, and various resonant instruments to create a harmonic field of sound that supports balance and attunement. The experience unfolds as a spacious, sensory experience, inviting the body into stillness, the mind into quiet, and awareness into a more receptive state.

Sara Auster is a world renowned sound therapist, meditation teacher, and author whose work explores the intersection of sound, silence, and stillness. Through her teaching and facilitation, she guides a deeper awareness of how we listen with the whole body. Her work has reached global audiences, through her ASM Practitioner Training , PAUSE app and immersive sound experiences in both intimate and large-scale settings.

This session offers a space to pause, restore, and reconnect through sound.

As part of the evening, guests will also receive a limited-edition PAUSE x @hibi_japan gift box, featuring 30 minutes of Hibi aroma incense and a complimentary two-week trial of the PAUSE app—an invitation to continue the ritual of sound, scent, and stillness beyond the event.

For nearly two decades, I’ve been exploring the relationship between sound, attention, meditation, transformation and human connection.

Over time, whether I was leading sound baths for in unique spaces, teaching practitioners, working with organizations, or simply observing what helps people connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them, certain themes continued to emerge.

The Auster Sound Method grew from that exploration.

At its heart are five guiding principles: Presence, Awareness, Union, Stillness, and Expansion. PAUSE

These principles shape how we listen, how we relate, and how we create space for transformation through sound.

In this carousel, I’m sharing a glimpse into the foundation of the work as an invitation to reflect on your own relationship with listening.
Which of the five principles resonates most with you right now?

And if you’re feeling called to explore this work more deeply, registration is now open for the next in-person Auster Sound Method Practitioner Training this November at the Won Dharma Center in Claverack, New York.

While the @unitednations officially recognizes December 21 as World Meditation Day, many in the meditation and mindfulness community have also embraced May 21 as a day to pause and reflect.

In December 2025, I had the honor of participating in the United Nations World Meditation Day gathering at UN Headquarters in New York City alongside @chakakhan @michaelbbeckwith @gayleking @melissarfleming @sisterdrjenna in collaboration with @thechakakhanfoundation — an experience that reinforced how powerful these shared moments of meditation, listening, and connection can be.

May 21 also marks the launch anniversary of @thepause.app , which was created to help people build moments of rest and presence into everyday life.

I’m grateful there are multiple moments throughout the year that encourage people to slow down and engage with meditation in whatever way feels meaningful to them. We need that now more than ever.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of these gatherings over the years.
