This is the time of year that tumblers already start preparing not just for the upcoming season, but next season as well. The seeds of the next level and next progression need to be planted now so the fruits of the tumbler’s hard work can be maximized to their fullest. The upcoming season should have been prepared for last season, and while there is much work to do to reach the success & achieve the goals set out at the beginning, next year arrives in the blink of an eye. Preparation with consistency will make sure opportunities wait for the tumbler, not the other way around. Awesome job Sarah! 🥇⬆️🥇 . FOLLOW me for more TUMBLING WISDOM! Tumblers learn a lot about themselves on their path to tumbling greatness. At some point, you can’t avoid the real you. The questions that must be answered, and the changes that need to be made are so important in the process of self growth & improvement. In training, a tumbler builds their best self, their real self. Great work Sarah! 🔸🔄🔸 . FOLLOW me for more TUMBLING WISDOM! SUBSCRIBE for more exclusive videos & show support! Check out my YouTube for more awesome tumbling videos! and just like that, it’s the end of an era. this program has raised me for the past 6 years and i wouldn’t trade it for anything else. thank you for giving me an amazing 4 seasons. thank you coach megan, shannon, ernie and josh for always pushing me to be the best version of myself. no matter where i end up in the future, i will always carry on the life lessons i’ve learned at united rock nation. @urocknation i will forever cherish the love u guys gave me. to my boss babes 22-23, i know it wasn’t the outcome we expected but at least we performed our hearts out and had fun doing it. i have never been on a team like boss babes. i can confidently say that we hit zero 99.9% of the time at practice or at competition. boss babes 22-23 are 4ever THAT team and no one will ever top us. boss babes are second in the world🫶🏼 and thank you to ocque’s dad @miguelocquephotography for these beautiful pictures.
