“Round 2” of Art Therapy & Yoga with Yara and Menna 🌿🧘🏽‍♀️🎨

What a beautiful workshop of fun, laughter, love, gratitude, and peaceful vibes ✨🙏🏻

We connected deeply with our soul, mind, and body through art and gentle movements of Yoga…

Breathing, creating, feeling, and simply being together 🥰.

So much light.
So much heart.
So much presence.

Until we meet again… in love and softness 🤍🙏🏻

A glimpse from our last Art Therapy Workshop 🤍🎨

A space filled with self love , connection, laughter, creativity… and beautiful vibes.

We slowed down… we colored our feelings… we hugged ourselves gently… we shared stories, drinking coffee, with yummy croissant ☕️🥐 @driphaus.eg

There was softness, openness, fun, and so much positive energy in one room ✨🙏🏻🤍

Art is healing ♥️

Whispers of a hot spring..
Spring colors dance on outdoor furniture, painting the world in hues of hope and renewal. Each shade tells a story of nature’s awakening, inviting us to embrace the freshness of a new season.
