It’s hard to say goodbye to something that’s been such a big part of my life for so many years. This year was full of highs and lows, and as much as I wish things could’ve looked a little different, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of girls to share this season with. So grateful for the memories, the friendships, and everything this game has given me over the years. If I had to do it all again, I’d choose this team every time🤍

Though there are ups and downs to this sport, I wouldn’t change a thing about my past 4 years of high school volleyball. This team was the best I could ask for and I will forever cherish the friendships made from this sport. Onto club ball 🥹 #seniorseason

dear volleyball,

one of the hardest goodbyes i will have in life. thank you for all the ups and downs over the years. thank you to all the coaches that have supported me and coached me to be the athlete that i am. thank you to my parents who have spent countless weekends supporting me doing the thing that i love. lastly thank you to all my teammates who have supported me through everything. the bond will never be forgotten.

@sarahberdo is the kind of senior who reminds me how GOOD this job can be. She shows up with her own personality, trusts the process, and lets me do what I do best.

And THAT is when the fun begins.

The fashion. The vision. The little details. The moments when an idea comes together even better than I pictured it in my head. I get to create, experiment, chase the light, and turn a vision into something real.

And she makes it EASY.

This girl has the personality, the confidence, the style, and the kind of presence that makes you want to keep creating.
She’s sweet, outgoing, kind-hearted, and has SO much ahead of her. You can see it in the way she carries herself. She’s a girl with a future, and she’s just getting started.

These are the sessions that remind me why I put so much of myself into what I do. Because it’s never JUST about taking a pretty picture. It’s about seeing someone’s potential, capturing their personality, and creating images that feel worthy of the person standing in front of my camera.

THIS is what I want Double H Photography to be known for. The creativity. The connection. The trust. The freedom to dream up something different and the heart to make sure every person in front of my camera feels seen, celebrated, and genuinely cared for.

Sarah, thank you for trusting me with your vision and giving me the freedom to run with mine. Getting to capture this chapter of your life has been such a joy, and I hope these photos always remind you of the girl you are right now—beautiful, full of life, and capable of so much more than you even know yet. This holiday season, the Tania Melendez Photography Senior Ambassador Team is coming together to give back to children in our community/ surrounding areas! We are raising money to purchase Christmas gifts for local children in need through the Angel Tree program 🎄

In December, our Senior Ambassadors will take part in a special shopping day where we’ll use the money raised through this fundraiser ( and other fundraisers in the upcoming months) to purchase gifts from our Angel Tree kids’ wish lists. This is more than just a fundraiser—it’s an opportunity for our ambassadors to come together, serve our community, and help make Christmas a little brighter for children and families who may need some extra support this year.

Every purchase made through our fundraiser helps us put more gifts under the tree. Our goal is to raise as much as possible so we can help as many children as we can. Thank you for supporting our Senior Ambassador Team and helping us spread some holiday cheer! Below are my 2026/2027 senior reps as well ask the link to help support the cause! Hi!! My name is Sarah Berdo and I am from Washington, Iowa. I am 100% committed to ISU and I plan on majoring in Fashion Design and Merchandising. I love shopping, trying new coffee shops, going on walks, taking pictures, going to church and spending time with friends! I plan on rushing in the fall!
