Please join us in welcoming Sarah as the 5th member of Banished Realm 🎻

Sarah appeared as a guest violinist on our recent release “Utterances of an Ennead” and joined us live on stage in April for the EP launch, where her haunting performance on violin added a new atmospheric dimension to our sound. Her addition marks a formidable evolution in the band ⚔️

Tea Cup. A narrative about our family history, how we were lovingly taught the ritual of sharing a pot of tea with pretty tea cups. This tea cup belonged to my great grandmother, who was a domestic servant. We lost so much of our culture to the point some think it doesn't exist; but for us it does. The tree gently holds us, and the swans representing us and our stories are gently being tipped back to the earth with the little tea cup, representing my family. I enjoy creating these types of images. A lot of time and thought go into them, many conversations over tea.

"Through the Wind" is my very first music video, created in collaboration with my sister, @sarahbethviolin, composing the music. This video was created to honour the atmospheric feel for our families' exhibition in Rockingham. You still have time to see this film in person.
