The most incredible coursed dinner at the new Gamlin’s in Maplewood. To have time at the table with this group, the owners, and Chef; what an amazing experience.

Can’t recommend this spot enough!

Gamlins🍸

The newest restaurant in STL is now open!!! @gamlinsmaplewood is an Italian chophouse in Maplewood! We tried everything on the menu and honestly, I was VERY impressed by all of it! I could eat one of their fresh pastas every single night for dinner. They had a really solid cocktail menu but they have the best spicy marg in the city and I stand by that.

It is no surprise that this restaurant is phenomenal though because it was opened by THE Gamlins of Gamlins Whisky House and @amyscakepopshopandboozybites.

Make a reservation asap! I’m already planning my next trip back!! They are also open late which is so nice and needed!

YO CHAT!!! This New Italian Chophouse go crazy with the food!!! @gamlinsmaplewood

Freaking delicious every bite after bite! Steaks, seafood, pastas, cocktails and more in a dope vibe of a place!

Gotta get the... tomato carpaccio, meatballs with smoked ricotra, braised pork triangoli pasta, fennel sausage gnocchi, ribeye, duck breast, and tiramisu!

But believe me, the rest of the menu is very delicious as well!

So lucky and grateful to have attended the YouTube Creator Collective x Foodies Eat First Fest event last week!

Meeting fellow creatives, trying amazing local food (still thinking about that chicken ranch pizza), and bonding over the mutual love we all have for our city made for the best evening!

Thank you to @youtubecreators and @foodieseatfirstfest for hosting this amazing event and huge shoutout to @originaldante for not only reaching out but also helping to put this event together!
