We are looking for someone to direct our newly rebuilt Institut for Contemporary Music. It’s more of a management position (50%) but we are looking for someone with a strong profile in contemporary music. If you are interested and have questions, please get in touch with @johannesmariastaud, @sarahnemtsov or me. You can apply directly from Mozarteum’s homepage.

I’m so pleased that the extraordinarily talented pianist Fidan Aghayeva-Edler will once again include my work on a fascinating programme! On October 2nd at the Achtelton Festival (for Live Sonic Research) in Germany! The concert will include works of Sarah Nemtsov, Kaija Saariaho, Aleksandra Vrebalov and Olga Neuwirth, plus my piece “Recalling Chimes”. It’s so wonderful to have a performer bond with a work and share it in so many diverse contexts and places, alongside music of incredible colleagues, with new and different audiences. Thank you once again, Fidan - we love you! @donemus @donemuspublishing @donne_uk @kaijasaariaho @sarahnemtsov @olganeuwirth_composer @aleksandravrebalov @fondspodiumkunsten @artezcompositionfilmandtheatre @patricia_werner_leanse @monalisa @divineshark
