Great day last week for Sarah’s photoshoot! 🔥

Sarah initially reached out to me back in June with a specific photoshoot date in mind. Usually, we’d run these preps over around 20–24 weeks, so with just 16 weeks to get to the goal, I told her from the outset she was going to have to hit the ground running and be 100% committed.

This girl does not miss, not 1 meal, check-in, step or cardio session for the entire 16 weeks. She held herself to a ridiculously high standard and it was seriously impressive to watch her make so much progress in such a short space of time — pulling off over 11kg in the process! 👏

We had to be aggressive at times with nutrition and expenditure, but the level of feedback Sarah was able to provide me with each day meant progress never stalled.

Because the level of feedback was so high, We knew when we could push a little harder, but just as importantly, we knew when we needed to pull back and allow her to recover.

She is an absolute dream to coach — incredibly coachable, never complains, and fully trusts and enjoys the process. That combination makes a huge difference when you're trying to achieve something like this in such a short timeframe.

Now we have another big target in sight, so I’m very excited to get back to work! 🎯

Thanks to Don for getting us some insane photos and making it such an enjoyable day!

Big thanks to Jonno as well for getting us some class photos and capturing all the BTS bits! 🤝
