That party at the end though 👀🥳

I had the best time at the @labl.active adult ballet retreat and left feeling so fulfilled 🥰 Can’t wait for next year!

June was a beautiful, exhausting, radiant whirlwind of ballet. 🩰✨ Grateful for every class, rehearsal, performance, laugh, cry, and every single human in this wonderful community.

“Came to dance, stayed for the dancers”

This phrase couldn’t have been more true last week at the @labl.active adult ballet retreat ❤️

While my body struggled to make it through the retreat, I felt so supported the whole week and I left feeling so fulfilled. I have truly found my community 🥹

Can’t wait for next year, and hopefully by then I’ll have a body that’s as happy as my soul 🥰

Pics from yesterday @labl.active. It was a great time, amazing classes with Miriam and Riley and a super fun after party with some new and old dance friends. Thanks to @labl.active; Maria, Carrie and staff for putting everything together!

Ridiculously happy to have had the opportunity to teach at @vibeyoga603
It's so funny how some things fall apart so that better things can build, isn't it?! Nothing but amazingness here from teachers to practitioners. Such a wonderful experience.

"In holding space for you, I hold space for myself, as well as all things. In teaching you, I teach myself. I've learned so much from each one of you and for that I'll be forever grateful. Thanks for taking this journey with me and trusting me to unite your mind body and breath."

Catch me at @lacy_land_ for the not so professional photos from our evening out after class. They cute 😍🤣🙌

4950. “The most books owned by one person…no, I don’t know! I have so many different interests that I just like…I don’t know, maybe like the oldest adult ballet dancer to perform?” Sarah Squeglia wants to leave a legacy of some sort, whether it’s a fun record or simply kids to tell stories about her life. A history buff, she’s loved learning about topics like the progression of Europe over the last 500-600 years. However, she doesn’t have a ton of memories from her own history. Growing up, she only had one grandmother who unfortunately passed away when she was 5. Sarah also spent a lot of time on her own bouncing between foster homes as a kid. At 16, though, she met her now husband (they started dating 5 years later), and at 18 she went away to college to study Early Childhood Education. Through working everywhere from a daycare to a water treatment consulting company to a tech startup to telecom company, she’s written her own story of creating comfort for others. “Being in people’s homes and being a stranger, I would always want to feel welcome so like maybe I want to do that for other people.” Now, Sarah and her husband have their own home on 5 acres of land; and after fixing it up during the pandemic, they’re set to build memories that will hopefully stick around long after they’re gone! Awesome hanging with you, @sarahsquigs! #10kfriends #philly #boston #massachusettes #legacy #history #family #fostercare #salemstate #telecom #hr #comfort #home #memories #somegoodnews #robs10kfriends #meetingpeople
