From being diagnosed with four herniated discs in my neck ten years ago, to my first BMU… it’s been a journey 😮‍💨🤍

Por muitos anos foi difícil ter consistência nos treinos por conta das minhas hérnias e das limitações de movimento que elas me trazem. Nunquinha imaginei que faria um BMU.

Maaaas… fizemos 5 aulas de personal focadas só nisso e, na última aula, olha quem veiooooo 🥹

Com esse grupo maravilhoso, diversão e muita risada foram sempre garantidas 🖤

We use the scaling system with progressions to allow you to move through the same program as the whole class, but with an option that meets you where you are at:

Injuries / limitations
Strength
Skill
Mobility
Fitness level
Confidence
Experience
Goals

All factors that we can adjust for, not factors that need to stop you all together 👌

What’s important to us and to your body is that you are moving through a broad range of skills and movements, progressing forwards, at your pace🦍
