I think there comes a point when healing has done its job. #outgrownhealing

When you don’t need to keep excavating who you were. Or what they did. Or what happened.

You get to start deciding who you truly ARE and who you want to BE, which version of you you actually want to bring to your today & what you want to create moving forward.

I’ve spent years learning how to heal, regulate, understand, unpack, process & make peace with my past.

And lately, something in me keeps saying:

Okay. But what if we’re ready to LIVE?

To feel present, joy in our bodies again.
To create.
To play.
To desire things.
To trust ourselves.
To decide who we want to be in this next chapter & start becoming her.

Day 1 and what a start! ✨

Diamond meeting with John Maxwell, time in the gorgeous Jewel Lounge, a swanky hotel room overlooking the city, a black and white soirée, incredible food and drinks, and the best part… spending time with friends and teammates I’ve known for 12 years & beyond 🩷

So grateful for this journey, these relationships, and everything still to come. We’ve only just begun, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of this weekend holds. 💜
