Healing with Holistic tools

If you haven’t come across my work yet, let me introduce myself.

I am Gemma , creator and founder of @goodvibesbygems , you may have met me at markets or followed my social pages.

I create bespoke handmade crystal jewellery. I intuitively choose crystal beads each season and create beautiful bracelets.
You will also find diffuser bracelets and wish bracelets among them all. Aswel as some gorgeous hand picked pendants. Offering of high quality tumble stones and gift bundles and cleansing tools.

My aim is to spread positive vibes to all, my jewellery also helps people with their mental health and wellbeing in a holistic way. Supoorting each customer with guidance and tips on how to use their chosen crystals.

Recently i embarked on delivering mini workshops locally teaching tips about crystals, their healing methods and how to use them. From there it has led me to develop Wellness events with my sister and co founder @aligned.wellness.collective @saralwalton

Bringing you beautiful curated wellness days which encourages anyone to have a chance to experience many holistic wellness practices and tools, sound healing, meet like minded people and build a community of wellness. Find out more on our page @aligned.wellness.collective

In the meantime i will always send out good positive vibes with my crystal jewellery.

Book Club📚#recommended

Sunday Times Best Selling Author and writer of the smash hit Me Before You, @jojomoyesofficial is back with her highly anticipated new novel ‘Someone Else’s Shoes.

‘A delightful reverse-Cinderella story of two women who seem polar opposites – until circumstance forces them to experience each other’s lives. Nobody writes women the way Jojo Moyes does – recognizably real and complex and funny and flawed’ JODI PICOULT

Who are you when you are forced to walk in someone else’s shoes?

Sam and Nisha should never have crossed paths. But after a bag mix-up at the gym, their lives become intertwined – even as they spiral out of control.

Each blames the other as they feel increasingly invisible, forgotten, lost – and desperately alone.

But they’re not.

No woman is an island. Look around. Family. Friends. Strangers.
Even the woman you believe just ruined your life might turn out to be your best friend.
Because together you can do anything – like take back what is yours . . .

This fantastic new read from the legendary Jojo Moyes was a stand out recommendation from our lovely community. Available now online and at all good book shops.📚

February Playlist💫💕

As we say goodbye to the longest January ever, here’s a round up of things our team are currently enjoying that we hope will help you ease through the shorter February nights.

1. The one to listen to. 2023’s version of I Will Survive. @mileycyrus Flowers brings us a new anthem for taking your power back.💐

2. The one to watch. ITV’s new drama Maternal is the female lead medical drama which is receiving rave reviews for its searingly honest portrayal of working women.

3. The one to read. Belfast writer Anna Burns brings a unique, humorous and gripping voice to the subjects of gossip, sexual consent and clan mentality. Set amongst the 1970’s Northern Ireland troubles Milkman is an epic read that will take you on a thrilling and intense journey.

4. The one to follow. If you’re not already following the brilliant @suzyreading it’s the one thing you need to do today. As an author and psychologist Suzy is one of the leading voices in practical self care. Her words and wisdom will give you support and reassurance as you navigate daily life.

5. The one to make. As it’s the month of love, we like to spice things up and @annasfamilykitchen’s Cheat Chicken Tikka Masala is the perfect dish for these cold Feb nights. Super tasty, easy to make and budget conscious Anna’s recipe will become a staple in your household. Head over to Anna’s page for full recipe details and for more foodie inspo.

We hope you enjoy this month’s picks. Don’t forget you can tell us your recommendations in the comments below or drop us a dm.

Have a great start to the month.💫💕

Are you ready to start loving yourself? High 10’s for our friend and coach @cleofaithcoaching’s brilliant shout out in this post.

People remember you for how you make them feel not the way you look. Our bodies are simply vessels, it’s our hearts and minds that truly determine our beauty. 💫❤️

Good Reads📚💫

‘The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo’ has been doing the rounds since it was first released to critical acclaim in 2017. A New York Times best seller it still ranks in Amazon’s top 10 7 years later and tells the tale of a fictional Hollywood actress from Tinseltown’s golden era, who nearing the end of her life decides to give an interview to an unknown, up and coming journalist about her eclectic past.

It’s a story of passion, betrayal, glamour and ambition with heart wrenching twists and turns. Should Marilyn Monroe have reached her golden years, one could imagine a similar tale.

We love it for it’s glamour, scandal and portrayal of a woman who refuses to play the nice girl to get ahead.💫🙌

Available now at all good bookshops and online.
