💫🩷Yesterday I turned 38, and all I can feel is gratitude, because I realized I’m living a life I once dreamed of. And by this, I don’t mean my life is all figured out or perfect, but when I stop to realize how fortunate I am, my heart feels so full of happiness.

Some dreams arrived in unexpected ways, some came disguised, some paused for a while, and others all at once.

But they all arrived, and today I welcome them with open arms 💫

💓 I dreamed of having a dog, and today I have two beautiful pups who fill my life with love and make it more joyful and present.

💓 I dreamed of a relationship where I would feel safe, heard, and celebrated. Today, I feel all of that and more. We’re about to celebrate 11 years together, and we continue working on our beautiful love.

💓 I dreamed of having a business where I could keep doing what I love so much. Today, my business has allowed me to meet beautiful people, visit incredible places, and achieve goals that make me proud and love my profession even more.

💓 I dreamed of health, wellness, and quality time with my family. Today, I deeply treasure the moments we share, and I know they will always be my greatest source of love and support.

💓 I dreamed of friendships that would stay present, people to share and celebrate life with. Today, I know I can count on them. Some have endured distance, life changes, and pauses, but I know they’re there, and that makes me so happy.

💓 I dreamed of finding a way to empower more women while also feeling empowered by them. Today, through @womenchefs305 , I’ve found a platform where I can do exactly that.

💓 I dreamed of having a healthier relationship with exercise and with my body, and today, thanks to Pilates and my incredible coaches, I genuinely enjoy and feel proud of my journey.

And all of this reminds me that yes, dreams do come true. And all the dreams I have today that haven’t happened yet, one day will. Maybe they won’t arrive exactly how I imagine them, but I hope I can see them, embrace them, and be grateful for them whenever, and however they arrive. 💫

💓 We are back 💓

In 2018, I created this group with the purpose of uniting the talent, passion, and strength of women in the F&B industry across Miami 💗

During the time this group was active, I had the honor of meeting so many inspiring women, being part of empowering events, and realizing that in order to truly make an impact, we need to support and uplift one another.

As time went on, I had to prioritize my personal and professional life, and I stepped away to focus on growing my business. But I’ve missed this project so much, and I’ve always known I wanted to bring it back.

I may not know exactly what format this new chapter will take yet, but what I do know is that I want to continue highlighting the incredible female talent in Miami, creating opportunities to connect, and building a space where we can empower and feel empowered by one another 💗✨

If you have ideas, events, projects, or amazing women in the industry you would love for this group to highlight, please share them with me 🩷

I want to take a moment to appreciate today.

We are going through so much that sometimes we forget how lucky and blessed we truly are. This year isn’t over yet, and without a doubt, it has already been one of the best of my life.

So much more, with so much less.
