Had the best Wednesday hanging with my beautiful friend @saraskips down in Dana Point yesterday. We had a lovely sushi picnic on top of the cliff over the water. Then we ventured down to the beach to soak up the all the beauty and recharge our energy in the 65 degree water!

Couldn’t ask for a more wonderful afternoon! Thank you Sara for having me! 🫶🏻

This pisces full moon ♓️🌕brings lots of cleansing energy 🧹 as it’s the last of the zodiac calendar, and the last one before eclipse season begins. What is something from your last year that you want to release? ✍️⌨️📝Comment that word or phrase, and I will write it in the sand and film it as the ocean carries it far out to sea.🌊✨

Just a few reminders from me to me on my journey. If any of them serve you, enjoy. ✨✨✨ Tagging a few of you who might relate and enjoy the vibe. ✨✨✨✨✨Keeping the nervous system soothed and resourced is a top priority at any time, especially a time when we’re exposed to so many triggers and shocks. This music is a soother and resource for me.
