Grateful to have contributed to @TheTimes this weekend, helping bring the conversation around hair loss to a wider audience.

Hair loss affects millions of men globally, yet so many still lack even the basic information needed to make informed decisions. Media awareness is another important arm of education cutting through the noise, challenging misinformation and helping people understand their options earlier.

If sharing what I’ve learned over the years helps even one person navigate hair loss with greater clarity and confidence, it’s worthwhile.

Education is KEY.

Micro Things

Check out my new @optikaitaly B383pli Infinity Corrected compound microscope. I am thrilled with it so far and have already invested in some meaningful upgrades coming soon.

Overall, I think it's a beautiful, well built microscope with some shortcomings I was a little disappointed in. The big one being no Field Diaphragm or filter tray. For true Kohler as well as getting the absolute best illumination a field diaphragm goes under the condenser and I was a little surprised it wasn't included considering the cost. It works perfectly fine without it but it just feels like a cost cutting measure that kinda defeats the purpose of an infinity corrected microscope (no filter tray or anywhere to add anything in between the light source, the entire point of infinity correction). That's just me being nit picky though either way.

It's a beautiful microscope I'm thrilled to have and can't wait to show you more amazing hair science, trichology and cosmetic chemistry science with this new tool. If you have a chance, check out my GoFundMe in my linktree. I am doing this all fully invested myself and your help means I can keep doing this for the hair community as well as our guests keeping these companies accountable that their products work and do what they say they do. Thanks y'all ✌️💜🤘

I’m still riding a high from this weekend.

A whole room of professionals who didn’t have to be there. Already confident at what they do. Already busy. Already making a difference.

They showed up anyway to go deeper into something that honestly takes a lifetime to master.

You could feel it the second you walked in. That quiet kind of serious. Heads down, notes filling up, somebody asking real & thought provoking questions. The questions that inspire you to dig harder.

People who came to actually do the work.

There’s something about standing in a room like that. Everyone reaching for the same thing, nobody looking for the easy version of it. This world is full of shortcuts, this room was full of the stillness real results take.

I am full of gratitude to find myself in a room like that, determined to practice, and humbled by it all.

Day 3 ✨🔬

Today we took the microscope apart literally and figuratively.

From understanding the science behind polarized light microscopy to mastering the instrument itself, participants gained a deeper appreciation for how hair fibers tell the story of health, nutrition, digestion, environmental exposure, and scalp function.

Today wasn’t just about earning a certificate it was about earning your wings. 🪽

Congratulations to this incredible group for completing the training and embracing a new way of seeing hair science through the lens of polarized microscopy.

I’ll take anything and everything.” 💔
She’d already been to a dermatologist. Walked out with no clarity. No options. No plan. And she’s not alone — this is the message I get every day.
Here’s what 15 years behind the chair has taught me: hair loss isn’t fixed by a product. It’s managed by a method. Scalp and hair are like face and body — they fluctuate, they need attention, they need a routine AND a team.
That’s why we built The Najeau Method: proactive scalp care at home + a network of experts we personally trust to walk you through whatever else you need. Because no one should be googling at 2am, panicking, taking advice from strangers.
If you’re feeling lost We got you!

this amazing transformation was her working closely with Sarah @sarathetrichologist @amevitality and using the TED which we’ve shared about which I will repost here. ALL routines , methods, and solutions should not break the bank, but they should fit in your life their options with many experts to expand your at home proactive approach with a larger approach.
