Here we go... the first industry collab at CLASS has been confirmed for July 22nd !!
For this special night, our kitchen will be executing a special menu by @sarunnyc for you to enjoy.

An UNAPOLOGETIC embrace of Cambodian traditions with Japanese flavors. Chef @alexander_sk_lee and Chef @_dancooksfood are going to be bringing both their worlds together to bring you what they've cultivated throughout their years of cooking in refinement.
The robust in your face khmer aromatics with the touch of elegance yet raw flavors. One dish that will be many of the show stoppers is the hokkaido scallop with jeow som aguachile that bring heat with a subtle cool fresh hit once it hits the palette. With that first example, we can't wait to show you whats next and broaden your horizon on what happens when our powers are combined.
Fun, simple yet elegant and leaving you wanting more.
