@pvolve was an official sponsor of Livelong Women's Health Summit-- the 2 day event that explores all things women's health and the science of aging well.

Pvolve Darien Studio Owner @the_christipartouche and Studio Manager/Trainer @sashaspitz loved learning from @jessicashepherdmd (Women's Health Advisor) and @antoniettavicario (Pvolve Chief Training Officer) who spoke at the event, alongside other brilliant innovators, providing the tools, insights, and strategies to maximize your health, sharpen your mind, strengthen your body, and elevate joy!

A perfect day at The Barn Sessions 🤍✨

We sweat, reset, and connected at the perfect end-of-summer gathering with Pvolve at GrayBarns, hosted by Rhone.

A beautiful space, a good sweat, and even better company. Thank you to @rhone and @graybarns for having us, and to all of the new friends we made along the way!

How it started vs. how it's going ⭐️

One year ago today, we opened our doors — and what a year it’s been! 🤍 From our very first class to all the laughs, sweat, milestones, friendships, and memories in between, we’re so grateful for every one of you who has made our studio what it is today.

Here are a few of our favorite moments from the past year 🥹✨

We’re not done celebrating yet! Join us for our Grand Opening Anniversary Celebration Week this October as we continue the fun and celebrate YOU — the community that makes Pvolve Darien so special.

Here’s to another year of sculpting, strengthening, moving, and creating community together. We love doing it all with you. 🤍
