Talk about being fucking anxious, worried, overwhelmed, stressed. I mean i can go on and on.

I wish I would have known about how important it is to stay with the sensation and not resist. I'm for every greatful to @theanxietymd and @melrobbins for changing my life forever.

I'm so excited for what's to come.

📣And a huge shout out to my Yok-E Club girls. Thanks for helping me help you! 🖐😊

It was a day full of new clients ranging in ages from a 17yr old, mid 30's and a few 50 yr olds. I tell you what I wish someone would have straighten my ass out when I was 17, ⁣

⁣

But today I got to give to others what I wish I had. And I'm loving every minute of it. 🥰⁣

⁣

And then I ended my night with this awesome woman @SheriannNamer who is so kind hearted, caring, and super cool. I'm so glad you introduced me to this amazing non-profit @Projectbeautyofsouth All about teen confidence and raising awareness and funds for teen mental health programs. 👏🙌🫶⁣

Let’s keep feeding these uniform officers. Our Go Fund Me Page: www.gofundme.com/f/essential-meals to help feed the Police Officers, Fire Fighters, Paramedics and Marine Patrol is going great. Every dollar counts to help these Heroes. Thank you to everyone that has donated. We greatly appreciate the donations and these officers are more than grateful for it.
Also please be sure to listen in tomorrow at 8:40am to @mackontheradio on @939mia speaking with me about our mission. I will also be on a podcast and on their social media page. Thank you Mack and team for getting this message out for us.
We have raised enough funds to feed 360 meals this week. There still are many more stations we need to feed. Please consider making a donation to help get these Heroes fed. These Civil Heroes are out there every day working long hours serving and protecting us in our county!#essentialmeals #heroscantstayhome #supportlocalrestaurants #flattenthecurve #protectandserve
