RARE ROAD TRIP

All 9 of the mural boards created at our Paint Jam at @acombfest by @_artofprotest_ back in July were sold in our SILENT AUCTION in support of @sashyorks

We delivered the last 6 boards yesterday thanks to top dude @bentilford and his very orange van aka Tangerine Dream 🤩

We had a cracking day out delivering to Leeds, Harrogate & York and got to meet the lovely owners of the boards.

We even got the chance to stop off at the Chapel Allerton branch of our favourite bakery in York @bluebirdbakeryyorkshire and got to see the art exhibition by @rosiebramleyart

MASSIVE thanks to all the lovely people who took part in our auction, we can’t wait to see photos of the boards in their new homes.

Thanks to the artists who created them
@boxxhead_art @hazard0ne @ladymkei @lincolnlightfootart @liskbot @nicolasdixon @sola_artofstreet @sharonmcdonagh_artist @thevictoriousvyx

SASH. Make a Difference

Safe and Sound Homes (SASH) is helping prevent youth homelessness across York and surrounding areas, giving young people safe accommodation, support and the opportunity to build a more independent future.

During the Festival, join the SASH Sleepout 2026 at York Racecourse. On Friday 16 October, swap your bed for a sleeping bag and spend one night outdoors alongside friends, family or colleagues. With live entertainment, a quiz and refreshments, it’s a memorable way to raise awareness and vital funds for young people facing homelessness.

Take part. Get involved. Help create a safe place to call home.

Sign up at sash-uk.org.uk/Sleepout

And see SASH at the Information Fair on 6 October at York Theatre Royal

💥FLASHBACK💥

The Board Meeting one day music & art festival at @carltontavern_york in support of @sashyorks

The BIG screen we used for the audio visuals to accompany the DJ soundtrack for the event. We also used it for our Paint Jam in July at @acombfest

Blending music & art into a seamless fusion of creativity and audio visual expression. We are always so grateful to our Audio Crew that has developed over the last 4 years of curating street art events 🖤

Just to say a MASSIVE thanks to everyone who placed bids for the 9 mural boards in our Silent Auction in support of @sashyorks

All the boards were sold which is absolutely amazing.
Thanks also to all the artists for creating such fantastic designs.

We will make an announcement in a couple of weeks as to how much was raised in total at the Paint Jam during @acombfest in July, The Board Meeting event & the auctions.

Until then RARE are busy delivering the boards to their new owners 💪🏻

Thanks again
Love RARE and @_artofprotest_ 🖤
