Do not believe the lie that you must do life alone.
The cost of community and the risk of community go hand in hand.
To be known, is to be loved.
To be vulnerable is to be heard.
To be honest is to risk the reward of being seen and helping others feel seen.
The word says “Love The Lord with all your heart, mind and soul. Then Love your neighbor as yourself, there is no greater command than this.
Notice the order. Love the Lord, then Love yourself and your neighbor. It’s almost like God in His intentionality said “Hey love me first.” For I will give you the ability to love others and yourself. This love is not like the world, this love is not for selfish gain, this love lays down its life for the good of others. That love is only possible through first loving the Lord Jesus Christ.
I think about the people who selflessly care for a dying parent who abused them.
I think of the one who is learning how to forgive for the first time.
I think of the one who is putting their needs above their own.
I think of the sacrifice of the Cross.
I think of Jesus.
Love Him, and then watch how He gives you the ability to lay your life down for others.
Matthew 12:30-31 NIV
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul. 31: The second is this, Love your neighbor as yourself, There is no commandment greater than these.”

I’ll forever remember July 26’. It brought a renewed hope and an indescribable fire ignited within me. He is doing a new thing!

“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” Isaiah 43:19

JO JO JOANAA 🇬🇭🗣️ So proud of my sister for graduating from PA school! Her work ethic, spirit and discipline are unmatched. To know Joana is to love her so coming to celebrate her was an easy yes. Over 10 years of friendship right here and we thank God for 10 more! She’s off social but say congrats anyways and I’ll relay the message. ☺️🤞🏾
