Thank you for choosing us, 🐈‍⬛ Meow Meows

We learned 1.5 years ago that @minicat_meowmeows had two conflicting medical conditions, and so no treatment was available. We set out to give her the best life ever and boy did we - her hoomids - get the better end of that deal.

She was brave till the end. We miss you, little stinky. Being able to sleep in again is great - she’s a 5am enthusiast - but the house is very empty without you.

You better be the loudest mini black cat on the other side of the rainbow bridge 🌈💔🥹

I’m not feeling well…

My kidney and hyperthyroid conditions are fighting each other. Sometimes I get really sick and hiding is all I can do.

The vet gave some treatment options and the hoomids are looking after me. All good wishes are welcome #sickcat #chronicillnessawareness #blackcat #catsofhawaii

The Breakfast Lady said I needed to get #adventurecat ready

So we went for a car ride, and on my first supermarket trip in my tiny (backpack) home.

I liked it! It was so much fun watching hoomids

Hai! I’m Missy Meow Meow. Meows for short.

I was born on the mountain Hualālai, an active volcano in Kailua Kona, Hawai’i. It all sounds very adventurous, but really it’s a neighbourhood with houses, hoomids and kitties and puppies they call ‘pets’.

Our street has wild goats, roosters and pigs! Apparently only Hawai’i hoomid neighbourhoods have these.

In 2023 I decided it’s time for a change. A new family moved in and they seemed nice. So I auditioned them along with a couple of others on the street. For months I left presents… rats, chicks and lizards. They thanked me for sharing my dinner, but it wasn’t necessary.

I chose The Breakfast Lady @sassyjayee and Treats Papi @benjamingthomas because they give good cuddles, yummy cat treat puzzles and not try to make me a house cat.

One of my ears are clipped and the other has a tattoo 😎 The hoomids say it’s from Trap Neuter Release. Or as I call it, street kitty alien abduction.

Enjoy my blog! 🐾🤙🌈🌺🌋🏝️

This is The Breakfast Lady and me, when I was auditioning hoomids in the neighborhood.

We still snuggle every morning! Till breakfast, obviously.

The neighbors who put that bell on me did not get the gig. Please, bells kill my mojo! We are still friends tho.
