📣 NEW CHOREO CHALLENGE 📣

This choreo was a collab with my skate mate @justleah1818 — we came up with it at the rink this week and got to practice with some more skate fam members last night. So fun!

Featuring (from left to right): @sassywigs @justleah1818 @rockcityroller @o.t.betty735

📍 @skatetimeny

Try it on your own or grab your skate friends and try it out as a group. Tag if you remix so we can see what you come up with!

ID: in a few brief clips, a group of rollerskaters skate in unison to the Rock Me Skate Challenge. They high-five at the end.

And let me tell you, this [Day 294/365] trip to @skatetimeny felt soooooo ooo good 🤤 I mean yeah skating pretty much always feels good but this one was especially 🤌✨ 1) we birthday partied for the human gift that is @bk_sassy 🎁 2) we bus partied from downtown Manhattan to the wooden gift that is this incredible skate floor 🪵 3) I finally got to skate party with two friends gifted to me by the ‘gram: @sassywigs & @rockcityroller 👯‍♀️ oh and did I mention the spandex? 🩱Or the fact that this rink was saved from extinction by a local small business owner?? 🙌 One who apparently has excellent taste in addition to a huge love for their community??? 🏆 Because srsly, not only is the floor super tasty to skate on- the food, drinks, merch, sound, staff, vibes, are all delicious across the board. Needless to say, I left with a very full heart 💓🍽️💓

There were more of us than just those in this reel, and more in this reel than what could be tagged, but as always, I’m grateful for each and every one of you.

IIIItt's showtime! Mz Lydia Deetz had a blast DJing🎶🎧👻✨️🪲🐞🛼 @skatetimeny this past Saturday. Was such a nice ride upstate & to take in all the beautiful fall colors as well, like a mini-interlude inbetween it all🍂🧡🤩 Seeing everyone have a blast skating & all the kids' spook-tacular costumes displayed on the rink was fun & of course getting a closing-time skate-sesh wit @sassywigs on that smooth rink was ze best🌟🎉🎃🫶 Always love the retro neon signs & decor @skatetimeny as well #DJing #October #rollerskating #DJskater #quadskating #retro #musica #giglife #famjam #event #neon #signs #DIY #costumes #Beetlejuice #TimBurton #lydiadeetz #halloween23

If you find yourself adventuring upstate, do not pass up this total gem of a spot. Recently reopened by the new owners of @bjornqorn - Nestled into some gorgeous scenery, with a huge wood floor and cutie retro vibes… and super yummy popcorn, of course. 🍿🛼🪩
