A few weeks ago my daughters and I had the joy of being photographed by @theajafoto. My ask was a mother daughter photo shoot to capture the three of us in a natural setting and to create a visual of our family. And she totally captured our essence. Love. When we are together it’s always a complete picture. #lovesofmylife #myfamily

Hey everyone, returning to instagram to share that my home, job, and car were all lost in the Eaton Fire. While my family and I are safe, we’re devastated by this sudden destruction. I was out of town during the fire and wasn’t able to evacuate anything, which has left me starting over from nothing.

Donating or sharing would be such a help as I look to secure transportation and housing so that I can begin the rebuild of my life and my community. Anything helps. Thank you.

🤩Dance Production 2022 is almost here! Today, we’re excited to present another double feature of TWO gorgeous choreographers!! 🦋
-
Get to know Grace Schafer Perry and Satya Sheftel-Gomes, choreographing a fusion piece!
Grace and Satya say that “our piece is an exploration of and a love letter to the experience of being witnessed. In this piece we move through a demand to be viewed as multidimensional in the eyes of others, relish in the warmth of being seen in an intimate relationship, and honor the protective gaze of our ancestors watching over us.“
-
Don’t forget to pre-order your tickets NOW! The link to place an order is in our bio 😉
Our THREE in-person shows will take place on ✨FRIDAY MARCH 18th at 7 pm✨ and ✨SATURDAY MARCH 19th at 1 pm and 5 pm✨ !!! All of the shows will feature the same great dances— but feel free to attend multiple 😎
-
Stay tuned to meet all of our amazing choreographers!!

2021 has been a year of ups & downs. I launched my consulting business and I took time to prioritize my mental health which was suffering as 2021 started. I chose to sit with the discomfort of self-reflection and as the year closes I’m continuing to build the kind of life I want. I’m supporting other women and men of color and culture to walk their paths of life, leadership, love and learning. As I learn how to make big transformation in the face of big obstacles-especially FEAR-I’m sharing that wisdom with my clients and loved ones. There is magic all around if you look for it. (See slide 5 for the magic rainbow that blessed me last week). While it started at a very low point, I’m ending 2021 with so much gratitude for the journey and the lessons and the folks in my life who love and support me. I’m holding you all close as the year closes and I’m wishing everyone a new year filled with health, love and peace. Holding us all in the light. #newyearseve2021 #newyearsreflections2021 #transformationalliving #lifecoach #leadershipcoach #love #livethelifeyoulove #transformativeleadershipcollective #transformativeleadership
