Who's grilling lobster this weekend? Bryan @saucybeardbbq throws down split whole lobsters on his @kamadojoe. ❤️‍🔥

A stick of butter, fresh thyme, tarragon, parsley, salt and pepper, garlic, and fresh lemon. Baste the lobsters while they grill.

Why grill instead of boil? No water gets in the shell, so you get cleaner, more concentrated lobster flavor plus a little smoke from the grill.

Want the full method? Our grilling guide (link in bio) walks through it, and Bryan's split lobsters are featured on the page.

U-10 💯 dry sea scallops. Seared over @jealousdevilcharcoal. 🔥
These are the biggest scallops you can get — under 10 per pound — wild-caught and never soaked in chemicals or water. Just pure scallop, ready for the grill.

How to split a MASSIVE 2 lb. lobster tail 🦞🔪 Prep work from @saucybeardbbq

With a tail this big, you have to split it. Here's why:
→ Even cooking — a 2 lb. tail left whole will overcook on the outside before the center is done
→ More surface area for butter, garlic, and seasonings to actually penetrate the meat
→ Better grill contact — flat halves sit on the grate without rolling or sticking
→ Opens it up for stuffing if that's your move
How to do it:

Thaw completely first — frozen tails shred instead of splitting clean
Kitchen shears down the top of the shell
Chef's knife straight through the center of the meat
Rinse off any shell debris and pull the dark vein (digestive tract) — not harmful, but can taste gritty

In the mountains of @doublerranchbeef you can step into history, and see into a bright future.

Last week I had the privilege of attending my second Fall Feast as part of team @snakeriverfarms. The trip started with a family meal in Seattle, before heading to the @doublerranchbeef in Loomis, WA. Encompassing over 100k acres of land, the awe-inspiring scenery gives away only to the vast process of SRF. An almost 7yr journey for the cattle starts with a precise artificial insemination program, and culminates with producing some of the best beef in the world.

This commitment to excellence is executed daily from the ranchers in WA, to the dedicated team in Boise. I could talk about this experience for hours, and never feel as if I’ve captured the spirit of this weekend.

I’m thankful to have been able to spend time with a talented group of individuals also working to share the story of SRF. With every step the story deepens, and the fire burns hotter.

Another Snake River Farms Fall Feast is in the books! 🍂 This year was extra special because I got to visit the ranch and see firsthand how the cattle are cared for. Truly an unforgettable experience. What made it even better was spending time with my SRF family—an amazing group of kind, talented people who inspire me and keep me motivated. Grateful for this community and the memories we’ve made. 🐮

DOUBLE R RANCH | WASHINGTON 🐄
.
Last week was a wild experience! I had a unique opportunity to visit my @snakeriverfarms family this year at their ranch. It was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too. The landscapes looked like a painting. I've now had the full experience to see where the cattle comes from, the AI technology, and the production plant. The connections and friendships I've made over the last 7 years are priceless! #Grateful #TheSRFexperience

Fall Feast at Double R Ranch

If the land is the heart of Snake River Farms, the people are the soul.

This reel is a look back at everything that made this year’s Fall Feast unforgettable, the incredible SRF team, fellow home cooks and chefs who have become friends, and the meals that brought us all together.

We shared stories, laughed until it hurt, and savored every bite against one of the most beautiful backdrops I’ve ever seen. These moments are what make food so much more than just what’s on the plate, it’s about connection, community, and gratitude.

This is the final post from my three-part series on my time at Double R Ranch, but the inspiration I took from this trip will stay with me every time I fire up the grill.

What a fantastic weekend!

I was so happy to be back in Boise, Idaho this past weekend for @snakeriverfarms Fall Feast. We had an unreal time with too much to recap!

We ate, we learned, we explored, and we laughed. The food was absolutely amazing. We were back at @eatdrinkwhiterabbit for brunch and Chef Sarah and DK killed it!

Dinner for Fall Feast was a homerun too. We had two excellent local chefs cook, and @chefjihyekim throw down some amazing dishes using SRF products. No one left hungry!

Our accommodations at @theaveryhotelboise were beautiful!

More important was the time we got to spend together with our TeamSRF. It’s amazing group of talented individuals when I often pinch myself to think that we are all teammates. An amazing group where friends truly become family!

Until next year!

Finally had a time to catch my breath after an amazing weekend in Boise with @snakeriverfarms. When I partnered with SRF earlier this year I already knew about their amazing products, but I never imagined I would be joining a such an incredible team. It was amazing to be surrounded by people in all roles rooting for one another, recognizing contributions, collaborating on future projects, and sharing a commitment to the quality SRF is known for.

I felt so welcomed as one of the newest members of the team, and could feel the excitement of what people have in store for the future. Thank you to the whole SRF team for a truly memorable weekend. As with the best experiences, I find myself ready to light some fires and get to work.

Such an incredible weekend put on by @snakeriverfarms and their incredible team.
To be at an event where a bunch of creatives all from different places, with different talents, but are all passionate about the same things, was pure magic.
Creating recipes, learning new methods, eating and documenting amazing food, caring about where our food comes from (shoutout to @truewestbeef for their mind blowing facility) and sharing it all with others.
Not to mention we can all take pictures of the food before we eat and nobody gets mad 🥹
Thank you again to the team for the best, most inspiring weekend 🤗👩🏼‍🍳🥩
