Thank you for your patience for another Pop Punk Party. 🎉 I’ve been focused on healing (through Multiple Sclerosis & Heartbreak), writing and Qi Gong. You are invited to flow in some “Calm Creative Mindful Movement” on Saturdays at 11:11am outside of Crystal Pool. (Except for Aug 22nd, as it will be hosted in Vancouver at Jericho Beach in Vancouver.) Last photo is for location reference - DM for more info. 🌀

A year ago today at a New Years party in a red dress, I met an amazing guy jamming on the bass. Little did I know he would bring me a love and joy and comfort I never imagined I could find. I found my forever soulmate that night. We've come full circle! I love you @saulsitar ❤️‍🔥

My friends in @razorvoice were the opening act for the final day of @vicskareggaefest yesterday and during the first song, bassist and all round awesome human, @fintendonerd took a tumble and dislocated his knee.
In fine rock and roll form ... the show must go on !!!
Stage crew brought him some ice, towels and he finished the entire (and awesome) set sitting in a chair!

Way to go, guys !!!
