ALL JOKES ASIDE😂😭—

Let’s talk about why I actually take it as a woman.

Creatine is one of the most researched sports supplements and can help support strength, power, and high-intensity performance. It can also increase the amount of water stored in your muscles, which is a good thing, not “water weight” you need to be scared of.

For me, creatine has been part of my training through different chapters.

Through powerlifting, it supported me through heavy training, hard sets, and pushing for stronger numbers.

And no, I didn’t quit lifting😂. I stepped away from competing for now, but I’m still training, still lifting, and still chasing strength.

Now I’m also a two-handed bowler, and I’m still using my legs, hips, core, and upper body to generate power and repeat that movement throughout a league night.

Different sport. Different goals. Same me. Yet, creatine is still in the routine.

So ladies, if you’ve been avoiding creatine because you think it’s “for men” or it’ll automatically make you bulky… consider this your sign to actually learn about it 🫶🏼

Creatine didn’t change my identity as an athlete. It’s just supported me through every version of it.
