Honestly, running might be one of the easiest ways to meet like-minded people.

(Running, making friends in new city, girls on run dates, run & matcha after)

I got the Noise REP band after my Delhi Hyrox not knowing that it’d be useful in ways I never would’ve expected. Monsoon season got the best of me and I was out for weeks not knowing when I’ll be able to train again or even if I’d make it to Mumbai. Getting back into training was tricky but I really used my REP band to gauge where my body was at. The Recovery and Sleep features are my person favorites for analyzing how my body has been affected by the day before and how ready I am for the day ahead.

I have loved using this fitness tracker and it truly does have a part to play in this podium win 🤍

My Hyrox Fueling Checklist:

1. Always carb load the night before!! Your body needs to feed off complex carbs during the race.

2. Make sure you’re hydrated the morning of! I used Fast and Up’s Reload stick packs. It has electrolytes and energy and are convenient to carry.

3. Get something in your stomach! I chose rice crackers for something light since my race was early!

4. Fast & Up energy gels - this was actually my first race using them and hand to God the difference I felt was amazing. I took one pre race and one at the Rowerg.

5. Post race you need to replenish your body. I chose Fast and Up Reload effervescent tablets to restore what I lost during the race. They have multiple flavors (I chose Cola) and less than 1g of sugar.

6. Finally, enjoy your recovery meal you deserve it 💕

The night before!

We spent the morning on the river & the night drinking spicy margs with our closest people. What a day!!

Such a surreal feeling sitting at your own rehearsal dinner, looking around at all the people who have loved you, shaped you, and walked alongside you. We heard speeches that reminded us over and over again of the Lord’s faithfulness in our lives. More than we could ever ask for!!

A slow & drizzly morning at Mimi & Pop’s house.

There is something about a house full of girls that feels incredibly nostalgic to me and maybe even like a little glimpse of heaven.

This morning felt especially sweet. The very happy chaos, my grandparents house full of my favorite girls, and the anticipation of knowing that in a few hours I would see my groom.

Moments I wish I could bottle up forever.

Recap from last weekend’s Hyrox ✌️

Moving my body is still my fun even in my 30’s, and I’m hoping that continues to be true forever.

Shout out to my @doterraindia supplements who carried me through a super busy summer where I trained minimally and for @md_asif16 for training us the days we were actually available.
Still in shock we made a podium, but will take it!
This won’t be my last Hyrox experience. See you in Noida!

If you need high quality vitamins, minerals, and greens to fuel your training, DM me for a 25% off link. I’d love to support you in your journey.
