The Maasai people, I LOVE YOU!

I was so blessed to go to a few countries in Africa & I can easily say it was the most emotional trip I have ever experienced! During my time in Africa, I had the incredible opportunity to be immersed in the culture of the Maasai people. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness, warmth, and a desire to share their traditions with us.

They invited us to learn, participate, and experience their way of life rather than simply observe from the outside. Their humility, joy, and gratitude were truly inspiring. We danced together, played games, laughed, learned about their customs, and listened to their stories and experiences.

I left feeling reminded that true happiness is not found in what we have, but in the connections we make, the people we love, and the joy we CHOOSE to share with others. I will forever be grateful for the Maasai people and the kindness they showed us!
