We listened, so many of our female customers are overwhelmed with not just the supplement industry but also LIFE. We wanted to find something close to a multivitamin, close to an all in one but not as overwhelming on the system as a lot of them can be, and with natural botanicals included too. We also wanted to look at absorption and quality obvs.

Daily Hero isn’t another pixie-dust multivitamin. It was formulated by three FEMALE scientists and I met the 2 founders at the Longevity Show! These are women who were stressed, overwhelmed, and tired of juggling a dozen pills just to feel like themselves. So they did what scientists do: they built something that actually worked, backed by informed dosing, not guesswork.

Pop in store for a free sample and check out the ingredients, ask questions etc, but think of this as a nice addition to your healthy breakfast filled with protein, fibre and good fats! Tastes good too 🙌🏼

Slovenia 🇸🇮

We’ve wanted to hold a retreat in this beautiful country for years and it was even better than we’d hoped for⛰️

A permaculture farm and retreat venue that felt like it was on top of the world, surrounded by forests with misty mountain views, a huge balcony and peace and quiet. A beautiful natural swimming pool, a sauna and a yoga deck surrounded by wildflowers.

15 lovely guests, 8 of whom had been with us before, from aged 20s - 70s ❤️ Some flying in from Australia and the States!

A creative workshop down by the pool, with movement and zines and mountains and thoughtful, beautiful words. WE ARE ALL CREATIVE and it’s so lovely to hear how differently and originally we can communicate and write about the same thing?! I love it ✨

Paddleboarding all the way round the local clear blue lake, plus ice creams and sunbathing.

Hikes through the forest, down hills and up to peaks, plus a hike guided by Alastair the most gorgeous dog ever. In Slovenia there’s a guestbook and a stamp on all the peaks, so you can go round and write in them and collect the stamps?! Next time I’m taking ink and a book…

Morning meditation outside with the birds. Long yoga sessions with both me @jennyeclark and @mayahowell.yoga. A wonderful sound bath that transported me somewhere up with the angels and then down with the whales 🐋 (guess you had to be there..) lots and lots of laughter and giggling and flopping about and swimming and practicing.

I cried when everyone left (well I always cry 😂 but I don’t know this one felt really just like a lot of HEART) and it’s hard to put into words, as you can probably tell from these words, but as one of our lovely guests said (who has been on three now!) you always leave a little bit different, taking a piece of this peace with you always ❤️

Slovenia will be happening next May, with new adventures to Ljubljana and the stunning Logar Valley ⛰️

See you in the wild…

Love Jen, Maya, Meg and Team Wild Times ✨🌊
