These friends will not be jealous of you, but rather celebrate you when you succeed🙌🏻

2nd 🥈 place finish at #BattleAtTheCreek 2026!

Technically, We tied for 1st but lost on the event tiebreaker. I was blessed to compete in the final event alongside some seriously fit people. Somehow, I tend to hold my own when the workouts get brutal, especially on the RowErg, BikeErg, and SkiErg. 😂

Fitness matters. Using the body God has entrusted to us to its fullest is biblical stewardship. 💪🏼

CrossFit has become more than just training for me. It’s fellowship, camaraderie, and surrounding myself with like-minded people who push me to be better.

I’m incredibly thankful for where God has placed me and for the opportunity to honor Him with the body He’s given me.

We can look at a sunset and think, “Wow, God’s handiwork is incredible.”

We can stand at the top of a mountain, look out over the ocean, watch a sunrise, and be completely in awe of what He created.

But then we look in the mirror and immediately start picking ourselves apart.

Too much here.
Not enough there.
I wish I looked like him.
I wish I had her body.
I need to change this.

But what if we learned to see ourselves through the same lens?

That doesn’t mean we stop taking care of our bodies or pursuing growth. It means we stop treating our bodies like they’re something to be ashamed of.

Your body is not an accident.
It’s not a mistake.
It’s not something you have to hate before you’re allowed to change it.

Take care of it. Train it. Fuel it. Challenge it. Make it stronger.

But don’t forget to be grateful for it, too.

Because the same God who created the sunrise created you.

Who you surround yourself with matters more than you probably realize.

The people closest to you are constantly influencing the way you think, the standards you accept, and the direction your life is headed.

Find people who celebrate your growth instead of feeling threatened by it. People who tell you the truth, encourage you when you’re struggling, and challenge you to become the person God created you to be.

Because the right circle won’t just change your mindset—it can change your entire future.
