This past month has been absolutely amazing playing in the Rochester Jazz Fest (NY), Iowa City Jazz Fest (IA), and the Pennsylvania State College Arts Fest (PA)! I have had such a blast playing with all the musicians I encountered over these past couple weeks, and the music we shared together!!! Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible, and who helped create incredible memories!

Happy New Year from The Melodymakers!

We were so thankful for all of the musical experiences that we had last year, and we're ready to unveil our plans for this year!

This year, we're focusing on DUOS! Specifically, we have our vocalist/pianist Kelsey Brown partnering up with Michael R. Dugger and Margie Reynolds Brown for some unique duo performances!

🎤🎷🎹 Want some vocals, piano, and sweet saxophone solos? Look no further than the Kels & Mike Duo! This spousal pair will sing/play pop, rock, and some country hits from the 60's - present such as "Good Luck, Babe!", "Sir Duke," and more!

🎤🎸🎹 Want some vocals, piano, and soothing guitar strums? Look no further than the Margie & Kels Duo! This mother-daughter pair will sing/play folk, rock, and pop hits from the 50's - present such as "Stick Season," "Drops of Jupiter," and more!

These duos are now looking for bookings for 2025, including performances at venues and private parties/events! Please message us at themelodymakers.sj@gmail.com for any booking inquiries, and see our website at www.kelseylbrown.com/the-melodymakers for more information about our groups!

A clip from @dayundid last night! Thanks to everyone who came out!
The inspiration to create Nostalgia Fishtown came from the incredible community Morgan and I had at UArts. It warms our hearts to host UArts bands after the schools closure and to keep the legacy of what that school embodied alive!
