Over 20 plus years of friendship with @dkmmabjj
Housemates in London in our 20’s and training partners since 2002, we’d train mornings and evenings, going to Jiujitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai and boxing all over London.
MMA wasn’t really even considered a sport at the time, it was known as vale tudo or cagefighting. We didn’t really have a “mma coach” in those days, weight cutting sucked, recovery protocols weren’t considered a thing, there was only one way back then - GO HARD!
Now the sport has evolved massively, the training methods, techniques, weight cutting, recovery ,every facet of this sport has evolved and continues to evolve, we’ve been blessed to see this sport grow and proud to be growing grassroots mma in Melbourne with Denis’s @dkmma_amateur_fight_league and in Perth with @dominationprom

Always a pleasure to share the mats with u and pick your brain and always a good laugh.

Thanks for stopping by and helping the team at @luistro_combat_academy

Great catching up and having u here to finish up @anniethatchermma camp for @beatdownpromos
Let’s catch up again soon!
