| In the Quiet of Us |

.
It began with a blank canvas.

No colors.
No story.
Just an empty space waiting for something beautiful to happen.

Then, slowly, they began to paint, a little blue, a little gold, a touch of green, a brushstroke here, a laugh there, a hand resting gently against another.

And somewhere between the colors, the canvas stopped being empty, so did they. The mist softened the edges of the world until there was nothing left but the two of them, the quiet of their laughter, the warmth of their closeness, the unspoken language between two people who had found something worth creating together.

Perhaps that is what love is.

Not finding someone who arrives with a finished masterpiece, but finding someone willing to stand beside you before the first stroke is made.

Someone who sees the blank spaces and doesn't fear them, someone who brings color to the places in you that once felt forgotten.

And when the last brushstroke finally settles, you look at what you've made together and realize……. the most beautiful thing was never the painting.

It was the two of you, becoming art in the quiet of each other.

In the quiet of us,
love found its colors.

"The Masses Keep Staring" w/ @say.omas

This is an experimental media installation curated through a collaboration between myself and @say.omas . This installation explores the human tendency to fixate on something that is absolutely unfamiliar.

The idea is beautifully reflected by a CRT television displaying a static screen that sits on top of a stack of crates both covered in graffiti. Static offers no clear image, yet it encourages prolonged attention. In the same way, conceptual art, performance, graffiti, or an unusual installation can stop people in their tracks. They may not understand what they're seeing, but they continue looking, searching for meaning.

Who Are The Masses?
The masses are not "other people." They are all of us.Every one of us has looked at something unfamiliar hoping meaning would eventually reveal itself.

This body of work was created through a process of spray painting over the original surfaces of the television and stacked plastic crates. By obscuring their original appearance, the objects are transformed from everyday functional items into sculptural forms that invite a new way of looking.
