This Thanksgiving was EVERYTHING! 🙏🏽 So thankful for all the blessings the Lord’s been showing us. This one hits different, it’s the first time we’ve hosted as a married couple in our new home, and honestly, it was such a vibe.
Ya girl really threw down in the kitchen! 💁🏽‍♀️As a working mom always on the grind, cooking a 30-course meal ain’t usually my thing, but I made it happen. 💁🏽‍♀️😂

Big love to my sis/bestie who came all the way from Texas to spend the holiday with us, my Savy girl, and my beautiful friends who I’m blessed to have such a strong bond with. Couldn’t be more thankful for these moments and the genuine love that surrounds me. 💛

2024 Season has came to an end…. This year we have accomplished so much! So many good trips for the memories, a new puppy and meeting and making friends with new people. I honestly can wait to see what 2025 is going to bring to my little family!

I been working with this client of mine since mid September.
Weight was at 141-139 when we first started .
This last check in since we adjusted her macros 2 weeks ago she lost around 2 pounds . Over all she’s been down 5-6 pounds .
With her macros we did a couple trial and error until we finally hit the nail on the head with this one . She was finally able to find macros that literally fit perfectly to her lifestyle and goals .
She has no specific goal weight . Her goal is to feel good in her own skin and be healthy.
The things I tell clients is you’re not going to lose 10 pounds in a month like some people promise you .
I provide you knowledge , I challenge you to do the hard work . You get not only a better version of yourself but you also achieve knowledge of your body & what works & doesn’t.
She has also been taking sea moss which just helps as well , with any inflammation, bloating ,helps with your metabolism, energy . She is one of my many great testimonies that sea moss when taken consistently does work !
All workouts from home .
We integrated weights because before they were not accessible to her . That’s also been a game charger the weights !
But the big take is her work ethic and dedication & patience is what’s getting her the results she’s getting !
