gt softball,

i took my time on this one. the day @grace.connelly3 invites me to the field my 1st week of my 1st yr i didn’t know what to expect. when i got to practice i meet all the girls the coach who is forever my school mom @coach_a_mo and coaches and after that i didn’t wanna leave. i thought about that entire day and i knew god was gonna do somethin generational with my life. then comes my 1st opening weekend and right when i get there god brings all the families into my life. i meet all the parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, everyone. they embraced me for who i was and they made me feel right at home anytime i sat with them. then comes midweek and i bring my @excelgatech to a game and they meet the families. everywhere they went every family embraced them for who they were just like they did to me. for 4 yrs that same thing has happened every yr and it made a beautiful difference in our lives and in excel. i never thought in a million yrs god would use a team like this to change my life in ways like ive never seen. it’s not often u see a special needs program come together with a team full of angels and be our best friends and make us feel at home. im so grateful yall invited me to practice every day. i will miss being ur dj, blasting iris, dugout snacks, 21 outs, the batting cage, sittin in the bullpen, hugs after games, throwing the 1st pitch on abilities day and being part of the tailgates. every girl and every family i’ve met since i got here were all heaven sent humans straight from god and no matter if they transferred or stayed a piece of their heart will always be with me. my biggest accomplishment was making this special thing happen. the next generation of excel is in good hands with yall and i hope the things we did together can still happened forever. thank u for everything!!! love u so much and forever will 🥎💛🐝🧩
