We are so proud of our Coyotes for going all in on our community service project supporting Showers of Blessing. 💙 This fabulous nonprofit’s mission is to provide free hot showers, compassionate hygienic care, and access to critical services for people experiencing homelessness. Our team gathered all kinds of hygiene and health-related products, comfort items, and a lots of food and water, which will be distributed to people via Showers of Blessing’s blue tote bags. As our team knows, the most important muscles we ever use are those that help lift others up. 💪💪 #kidsrunning #kidsgivingback #communityservice #kidsmakingadifference #peoplehelpingpeople

It’s not WHERE you run… it’s WHO you run with.

The miles are great, but the laughs are even better. So grateful for my Santa Barbara Running & Racing crew.

Let’s do this!! @sbnitemoves is Wednesday Nite. All are welcome to run, walk, optional ocean swim. One thing I love about Nite Moves is it’s a time to push myself, and just do my best, competing only against myself. It’s a beautiful evening and you can do any pace that feels right to you, including #sexypacerunning.

And a kids 1k and darling little kids run in the sand to their @mcconnellsicecreams ice cream finish line.

This may be my 20th year. Can’t wait to see “old” friends and the @sbtriclub! #timetotri

If you want to know more, reach out to say hello, I’d be glad to connect you around (or just check it out behind the scenes). Santa Barbara is a great community. You make it better.

Let’s go!
