Had two great weekends salamat sa @sc.scenechange at ang staged readings nila para sa Bantayog: Alaala at Gunita.

Thoughts copied from my IG stories para ma-preserve and edited nang konti

Villa
By Guillermo Calderon
Translated and directed by Giancarlo Abrahan

A very timely foreign piece na relevant kahit sa Pilipinas. Sobrang wow dun ako dun sa exploration ng ideas from the discussions, and adding yung pagka-localize (localize?!) sa translation ni Sir @gianingweight made it lighter to digest yet heavy on its impact.

Di ko alam kung may indicators din ba sa original material, pero bet ko rin yung second names na ginamit, and the three actors really felt like Angela, Macarena and Francisca. (Di ko ma-explain, basta tunog silang ayun haha)

Desaparesidos

roles nila.
