It doesn’t matter how you feel, it’s all about the choices you make.

Went on holiday, and it feels as if I’m starting from scratch..oh well, we carry on!

Great having my office workout partner back. And good to be back after my holiday! The garage was pumping today, just like our guns🤣💪🏽

Getting exercise in at work, before my “9-5” actually starts, is something I’m truly grateful for!

Featured Exercises:
1. Weighted marches with a medicine ball.
2. Weighted tricep dips with a medicine ball.
3. Bench press.
4. Scapula push ups.

For the longest time after my pregnancies I felt ashamed to take pics or videos of myself or my body.

I had put on more weight than ever before, and it was shocking, and a huge change to my identity and self-image.

I especially felt embarrassed because pre-pregnancy I used to be incredibly fit and active. And it wasn’t about being thin again; I missed what fitness gave me.

I have always felt strong, empowered and wonderful when I exercise. It was really just something I felt good at, and that in turn, made me feel good. So I felt an incredible sense of loss.

But after realising the journey I’ve been on, since 2019, and how this very body has held me and carried me through the worst and best of times, I have decided to celebrate!

To turn the effort and hard work I’m putting in into a celebration! I’m grateful I can exercise, and like my brother Imo once said, everyone needs a hectic testimony and a dramatic comeback. It makes for a better story. 😅
