Some news! Excited to announce that I’ve joined Motion Society as Managing Director, U.S. 🎉

During my time at Spotify, they were the #1 creator service provider distributing YouTube content to us with over 350+ shows now live. Yet, with that high volume they still made time to send us amazing case studies and in-depth product feedback across our enterprise and creator-facing products (iykyk as a partner manager we love when clients do this). Even more impressive, at their scale they were still averaging the highest consumption hours and revenue per show. It was a level of service and execution that I truly hadn’t seen before.

So l asked how. The answer: strong creatives and platform specialists, backed by a proprietary operating system custom built for their strategists, editors and designers so can they focus more on the strategy and creative for their clients. The team no longer has to flip between Google Sheets, Monday, Notion, Google Drive, Airtable, Frame.io etc. to get content live.

Four years in, Motion Society works with 650+ creators and IP owners, drives 8B+ monthly views and brings 200+ creators to streaming TV.

And now that I’m less than two months in I can truly say the momentum in the space has been wild.

Hard to explain the week I just had.

Scroll through and you’ll see a lot of recognizable faces but the ones that mean the most are on the first and last slide. My team.

Cannes is a big investment. My brother owns the majority of this company and I own a piece — every dollar spent feels like mine. Writing this from economy in the back of the plane.

Four people. Small but mighty. Clear mission. Laser focused. Best time.

I love deals. I love revenue. I love profit. But I f*cking love working with people I admire, trust, and can learn from. The kind you want next to you in the trenches and laughing with at 2am after it took all four of us to write one email before bed.

Make work fun. Work with good people.
