Gjelina Las Vegas’ Chef Series Dinner: In Season brought together seasonal ingredients, thoughtful pairings, and a special multi-course menu created for the evening. 🍂🍽️✨

Guests began with Bordeaux figs, burrata & prosciutto di Parma, followed by dishes including Little Gem with Asian pears, kampachi with pomegranate aguachile, Muscovy duck breast with grape gastrique, and braised short rib with pickled root vegetables. 🌿🍷

The evening finished on a sweet note with a quince & goat cheese tart and grape sorbet, accompanied by specialty Altamura cocktails crafted especially for the event. 🍇🍸

An evening dedicated to what’s fresh, what’s in season, and the creativity of the Gjelina kitchen. ✨

There are endless things to do in Las Vegas, but Christopher Lowell’s Thirty-One Days at FAS44 was one that stayed with me.

Known for television, Christopher Lowell’s fine art photography showcases a different side of his creativity and serves as a reminder that we’re all capable of discovering new passions and reinventing ourselves.
