WOMEN’S ONLY BOXING 🥊

This isn’t boxercise. This is boxing.

Our sessions last 2 hours.
The first hour advanced technique and second hour controlled sparring in a safe environment.

Every one of our coaches is either a current or former professional boxer, and or are licensed coaches by the British Boxing Board of Control. No pad men/women just REAL boxing coaches who have been or are currently part of the professional boxing industry.

Come and join our ever-growing community of women who came through our doors wanting to learn how to box — and have gone on to become amateur champions, influencer champions and qualified boxing coaches themselves.

Whether you want to compete or simply want to develop genuine boxing ability, you’ll be taught proper technique, advanced skills, controlled sparring, movement, defence, ring craft and boxing IQ — the same way professionals are trained.

TRAIN LIKE A PROFESSIONAL.
BE COACHED BY PROFESSIONALS.

🥊 Women only
🥊 All levels welcome
🥊 Advanced technique & controlled sparring
🥊 BBBofC-licensed professional coaches
🥊 Real boxing. Real progression.
