If you were a Gayelle The Channel viewer in the 00s and 10s, you'd understand why a mini reunion like dis is a vibe and a big deal. From a segment on Macajuel Time to a whole night of programming on Tuesdays, Dreevay was legit one of my favourite shows which I then had the privilege to be a cast member and then a co producer on.

I think we did the vanguard proud with our food crawl on Friday man. There was no way Reags could touch the wall and eh eat Trini street food!

All in all a beautiful night with beautiful people, plenty laughs and plenty ting to eat.

🎶: Plot by @skidnevely (which was the theme song for Dreevay) 🤸🏽‍♀️

I think this friendship is one of my most unexpected ones, but it genuinely is one that I can always count on for realness, no nonsense, soulful laughs, support, uplifting conversation and for some reason: few photos. Happy Birthday to the incomparable @scaramel868 💕💕 ♎

With EVERY SINGLE ELEMENT of the music having been created by producer Derwin Vallie's voice, (yesss is only mouth-instruments & tones in dey), then perfectly synergized with Mistah Shak's penetrating lyrics & commanding vocals, there can hardly be a more socially relevant, appropriately titled, sonically potent piece of musical artillery for these serious, perilous times, than this...Rapso??🤔...Calypso??🤷🏾‍♂️...BOTH ah dem??🤷🏾‍♂️....aahhhhh!...de scientist Vallie say we'll call it, VOKALYPSO!!

Who can do this? Everyone
Do I need a pool? No, you need your positive vibes.
If I have a pool and no aqua dumbbells, can I still do this? Yes of course the water would provide adequate resistance.
What do I need? Weights /dumbbells you can manage.
