When I left my career last year to chase this vision of a third space for imagination, retail, gathering, and platforms for artists across medium, age, identity, and mission—I had no idea how fast I'd be flying down the creativity superhighway.

Every day I meet people who make magic, build pathways, support Pasadena and Altadena (and neighboring towns), and hustle with heart.

It’s a long process, sure—but every morning feels like the start of a collaborative fantasy. I couldn't be more grateful.

And to anyone who is in this group of new friends and kindred spirits: thank you for your patience.

2. And to Scarlett, the backbone of MM: you are SO smart, tireless, vibe-sharing, and deeply appreciated. But please… take breaks. Like, real ones. Am I right, people??
BIG shoutout to the great FoundrSpace, our office for the time being.

Mesmer Mesmer's cure for the summertime blues? A crack team of assistants who brought energy, organization, creativity and invaluable feedback to the whole operation. Here they are, doing ALL sorts of necessary research into the Mesmerization of things.

SO grateful to (in order):
--Phinn
--Carl (who just left us for NYU--you got this, Carl!)
--Monty
--Leena
--Scarlett--our newest hire, fresh from a degree from Trinity in Dublin.
